Introduction and Acceptance of Terms: This agreement is between Unscale LLC, doing business as Luxee ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), and the job applicant ("you", "your", "applicant"). By submitting your job application, you agree to these terms.
Data Collection and Use: By checking the consent box and submitting your job application, you provide us with certain personal data. You consent to us using this data to assess your suitability for the advertised role, to contact you with updates about the application status, to send marketing communications, and to share your information with third-party brands for securing brand deals. We will store this data securely and only use it in compliance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.
Email Communications: By submitting your job application, you consent to receive communications from us via email related to the job application process. This may include, but is not limited to, updates about the application status, information about the recruitment process, and other relevant information.
Marketing Communications: By submitting your job application, you consent to receive marketing communications from us via email. These communications may include, but are not limited to, updates about new job opportunities, information about products or services we believe may be of interest to you, and other marketing materials. You may opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in these emails, or by contacting us at support@liveluxee.com.
Sharing of Information: We may share your information with third-party brands in the course of securing brand deals. We will ensure any third party agrees to respect the security of your personal data and to treat it in accordance with the law. We will only share your personal data with third parties for the purposes stated above.
Data Retention: We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. More detail about our data retention policies is available upon request.
Your Legal Rights: Depending on your location, you may have certain rights under local data protection laws in relation to your personal data. This could include the right to request access, correction, erasure, restriction, transfer, or to object to processing, and the right to data portability.
California Privacy Rights: If you are a California resident, California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits you to request information regarding the disclosure of Personal Information about you by Luxee to third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. Changes to Terms: We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately when we post the updated Terms and Conditions. Your continued engagement with us will be considered acceptance of any changes.
Dispute Resolution: Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
