Men are known to be more muscular, and robust beings often get too relaxed when it comes to the detection and prevention of disease. They pay less attention to health compared to women. Studies show that men aren't as healthy as women. Women outlive guys by five years.

Other activities to get moving that include taking a brisk walk, riding your bike, or enjoying a team sport is also fun. Teaming up with a buddy makes completing exercises or games even better. 

Other than getting your body active, it would help if you also watched what you eat. Eat a healthy diet by increasing fruits and vegetable intake, whole grains, and choose fat-free and low-fat food. 

Get an annual flu shot and check with your health care provider about other vaccines or preventive medicine you may need. Not to mention, listen to your mother or partner when they ask you to see a doctor.
